Fixed Fees

Professional services have a reputation for hefty fees and an impersonal service – the complete opposite of what we strive towards.

We offer exceptional value for the services we provide, whilst ensuring the client is satisfied with the service throughout. A large part of our ethos is our price transparency policy.

We work on a fixed fee basis and clearly explain all costs to our clients before any work is carried out, and long before any invoice is issued. Our clients benefit from the peace of mind of knowing that the price quoted is the price that will be paid.

Bespoke Service

Our exceptional service is always tailor made to fit to clients’ needs. A bespoke solution is designed for each client as per their commercial needs, which enables us to provide practical solutions appropriate for that business. We do not provide off the shelf HR documents or standard advice, we do not simply regurgitate legislation and we certainly do not offer a copy and paste service.

We understand businesses and all of the commercial implications and pressures involved with running a business. We appreciate the dynamics of the financial, legal, political and regulatory frameworks that businesses have to work with. This understanding enables us to provide businesses with practical solutions.

We also recognise that it’s our client’s business not ours. Our services are not linked to any insurance policy that requires clients to take certain action (or not take action), failing which they will not be covered. We work differently.

When a client comes to us with an issue, we provide advice that includes the relevant information required, a number of possible options and the potential risks associated with each option, leaving our client free to make a commercial decision that is right for their business.
